Refunds
Include the email used for payment and the payment reference if you have it. The policy is in Terms §10.
Privacy requests
Access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data – we action deletion within 30 days where reasonably possible. Details in the Privacy Policy §12.
Disagree with a finding?
Tell us which finding and why. Every finding is tied to a line of your work, so we can re-examine the evidence – and amend it or defend it in writing.
