The support team wants to show a short order history on every customer's profile.
The customers table lists registered customers, and orders contains their order histories. For each customer, show their two most recent orders, regardless of order status.
Recency is based on order_ts. If two orders have the same timestamp, the order with the larger order_id is considered more recent. Customers with only one order show that one order. Customers with no orders must still appear once, with NULL values in all order columns.
Ordering: Sort by customer_id ascending, then order_ts descending, then order_id descending.
