Trailing 6 months vs prior 6 months

For each month with 12 months of prior history available, return: - t6m: sum of the trailing 6 months (current + 5 preceding) - prior_t6m: sum of the 6 months before that - growth_pct: 100 × (t6m − prior_t6m) / prior_t6m, rounded to 2

Use the ROWS frame on the ordered monthly series.

Columns: month, t6m, prior_t6m, growth_pct. Sort by month ascending. Months without enough prior history don't appear.
