For each order, return its top 3 line items by line value — where line value is qty * products.list_price (NOT the order_items.unit_price column).
Tie-break on product_id ascending if two items in the same order tie on value.
Sort by order_id then item_rank ascending. Items beyond top 3 per order don't appear.
