A courier charges a standard rate for parcels to the UK and Ireland in one weight band. parcels (parcel_id, country, weight_kg, express) lists today's parcels; country is a two-letter code ('GB' for the UK, 'IE' for Ireland) and express is true or false.
A parcel qualifies when all of these hold:
- •it weighs at least 1 kg and less than 5 kg (a 5 kg parcel is in the next band);
- •it is going to the UK or Ireland;
- •it is not express.
Columns: parcel_id, country, weight_kg. Sort by parcel_id.
