Share of day's revenue accrued by each order

For every order (all statuses), compute the share of that DAY's total revenue that had accrued at the moment of the order. So the LAST order of the day always reads 1.0 (100% — everything has accrued); the first reads its amount divided by the day's full total.

Use order_ts for in-day ordering. Round share to 2 decimals.

Columns: order_id, order_ts::DATE AS order_date, amount_usd, share_so_far. Sort by order_ts ascending.
