web_requests holds one row per API request; ts is a UTC TIMESTAMP. Return every server error (status 500–599) made on 2024-03-05, UTC.
Write the date filter so that an index or partitioning on ts could be used: compare ts itself to a range, and don't wrap ts in a function, a cast, arithmetic or a LIKE (the grader checks the WHERE clause for this).
Columns: request_id, ts, path, status. Sort by ts.
