The finance team wants to identify which customers received refunds and how much was refunded.
The refunds table records individual refund transactions, while the orders table contains order details, including the customer who placed each order.
Prepare a refund-level report showing every refund associated with an existing order, the customer who placed that order, and the actual amount refunded.
A refund may cover only part of an order's value. Include these partial refunds even when the associated order is still marked paid.
Ordering: Sort by refund_id in ascending order.
