staff_comp (employee_id, full_name, salary, bonus) has each employee's yearly salary and bonus. bonus is NULL for people who didn't get one this year — that means no bonus, i.e. 0.
Return everyone with their total_comp (salary plus bonus), highest total first. Employees with the same total are listed by employee_id.
