The finance team wants to review recent refunds without losing visibility into orders that have not been refunded.
The orders table contains order details, while refunds records individual refund transactions and their timestamps (refund_ts).
Prepare a report containing every order, along with any refund recorded within the specified 30-day period. For this exercise, assume the current time is 25 May 2026 at 12:00 UTC. A refund qualifies when its timestamp is on or after 25 April 2026 at 12:00 UTC.
Orders without a qualifying refund must still appear, with NULL values for the refund information. This includes orders that have only older refunds. Format the returned refund timestamp as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS for grading.
Ordering: Sort by order_id in ascending order.
