retail_stores (store_id, city, tz, std_utc_offset) lists stores in New York, London, Tokyo and Auckland. tz is the tz database name; std_utc_offset is the store's standard-time UTC offset in hours, entered when the store opened — it ignores daylight saving.
store_sales (sale_id, store_id, sold_at, amount) holds sales; sold_at is a TIMESTAMPTZ (an exact instant, shown in UTC). The data spans daylight-saving changes in some of these zones.
Finance wants revenue taken during business hours: from 09:00 (inclusive) to 17:00 (exclusive) on the store's own local clock. For each store and local calendar date, sum the amount of the sales inside business hours. Leave out store-dates with no such sales.
Columns: store_id, local_date (a DATE), revenue. Sort by store_id, then local_date.
