Finance and ops disagree about the "median order" per status. Finance wants an interpolated median (it may fall between two orders); ops wants a median that is the amount of a real order they can open. Report both, plus a p90 that is also a real order amount.
For each non-NULL status:
01n_orders — number of orders
02median_cont — the interpolated median of amount_usd, rounded to 2 decimals
03median_disc — the median as an actual amount_usd from the group: the lower of the two middle values when the group has an even count
04p90_disc — the 90th percentile as an actual amount_usd from the group
Sort by status.
