Merge dupes by latest non-null per column

Per customer, build ONE row that takes each column's LATEST NON-NULL value across all duplicate rows. (Unlike naive "keep-latest," this preserves data from older rows when the latest row has NULLs.)

Sort by customer_id ascending.
