The marketing team wants the list of customers eligible for a campaign.
Start with the customer IDs in customers. A customer is ineligible if they appear on any of three suppression lists: blocklist, unsubscribed, or bounced.
Return customers who appear on none of those lists. A missing (NULL) customer ID in an exclusion list is not a valid match and must not exclude unrelated customers.
Ordering: Sort by customer_id in ascending order.
