From sess_events, dedupe to ONE row per (user_id, event_type) — the EARLIEST occurrence. If two events of the same type share the earliest event_ts, keep the smaller event_id.
Use the strftime format for the timestamp column for grader stability.
Sort by user_id then event_type ascending.
