On 2024-03-10 New York switched to daylight saving time: at 02:00 local the clocks jumped straight to 03:00. Build the hourly chart for that local day — one row for every hour that actually existed on New York clocks that day, from 00:00 to 23:00, with the number of events whose local time falls in it. Hours with no events show 0. An hour that never happened gets no row.
