The international sales team looks after every premium customer who is not in the US or Canada. customers (customer_id, country, segment, …) stores country as a two-letter code ('US', 'CA', 'GB', 'IN', 'MX', …) and segment as 'premium' or 'free'.
Return the customers the international team looks after. New countries are added over time, so don't rely on the countries in today's table.
