Country managers want their top customers: those whose total order amount is above the average customer total in their own country (from customers.country).
- •A customer's total is the sum of all their orders, whatever the status.
- •The country average is the average of the per-customer totals in that country — not the average order — and only customers with at least one order take part in it.
