Pivot revenue into category columns per customer

Produce one row per customer with their revenue split into a fixed set of category columns. Revenue is qty * unit_price from order_items, joined to orders for the customer and products for the category.

Columns: customer_id, electronics, books, clothing. A customer with no spend in a category gets 0 for it (not NULL). Only customers who have order items appear. Sort by customer_id.
