Write a query to return every signups.signup_id with a display_name built from first_name, middle_name and last_name, in that order.
Trim ordinary spaces from each part. Omit any part that is NULL or empty after trimming, and separate the remaining parts with one space. If all parts are missing, return NULL, not an empty string.
Ordering: Sort by signup_id in ascending order.
