courier_deliveries (delivery_id, courier, tip) has one row per delivery. When the customer didn't tip, tip is NULL.
Operations wants each courier's average tip per delivery, where a delivery with no tip counts as a tip of 0. Round to 2 decimal places.
Columns: courier, deliveries, avg_tip. Sort by courier.
