Validate records against a type schema

Validate a list of record dicts against a schema mapping field -> expected type. A record is invalid if a required field is missing or None ("<field>:missing") or present but the wrong type ("<field>:type"). bool does NOT count as int or float — True in an int field is a type error. Falsy values like 0 and "" are present, not missing.

A record can have several errors — report all of them. Return a list of (index, sorted_errors) for each invalid record, in input order. Valid records produce nothing.
