Remove fully-duplicate rows
A DataFrame has some completely duplicated rows (every column equal), from a double-load. Remove the duplicates, keeping the first occurrence, and return the result with a clean 0..n-1 index.
What the tests check
2 on Run · 3 on Submit01removes fully-duplicate rows, keeps first, resets index
02near-duplicate (one column differs) is kept
Submit runs these and one more check you don’t see, so code written for the visible tests alone can still miss.
Runtime
Python 3.13 in your browser – the standard library plus pandas and numpy; no pip installs.
