Which DAG tasks are ready to run
A DAG is given as deps: a dict mapping each task to the list of tasks that must finish before it (its prerequisites). Given the set of already completed tasks, return the tasks that are ready to run right now — not yet completed, and with all prerequisites completed.
Return them sorted ascending.

02task waits for its prereq
03prereq done unblocks the task
04already-completed tasks are not re-listed
05needs ALL prereqs done
Submit runs these and one more check you don’t see, so code written for the visible tests alone can still miss.
